In 1992, the MRF Pace Foundation spread its wings further by opening its doors to other countries such as Australia, England, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe. Today, the foundation has a working relationship with all these countries. The basis of this relationship is an exchange program for coaches, bowlers and other staff of these countries, helping them share both talent and expertise.
The MRF Pace Foundation signed a MoU with Cricket Australia on an exchange program which will reach the historical landmark of 25 years in 2017. This program gives the Pace Foundation trainees an opportunity to experience weather conditions, training and bowling on bouncy Australian wickets and Australian trainees visit Chennai for the same kind of experience.
Also, the MRF Pace Foundation signed an agreement with the BCCI on a 5-year term basis in 2014 to send potential pace bowlers selected by BCCI to attend PF training program.
