The MRF Pace Trials (“Event”) is organized, managed and conducted by MRF Pace Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the (“Organizer”), to be held on 13th February, 20th February, 27th February and 3rd March, and 9th March(“Event Date”) in Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai respectively.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between the Organizer, and each individual who registers to participate in the Event (“Participant”). The Participant(s) hereby declares and acknowledges to have carefully read and agree the Terms and undertake to comply with and be bound by the same.

• Eligibility criteria for the Event: Individuals below 18 years of age and above 26 years of age are not allowed to participate in the Event
  • Individuals born on or before 1st January 1998 are not permitted
  • Individuals born on or after 1st January 2006 are not permitted
• Registration on the website and receiving a confirmation of form submission does not guarantee participation in the trial event. Only participants who receive explicit confirmation via email by the Organizer along with the approval of their information will be allowed entry to the event
• The applications for the Event are not transferrable to any other person or to any future events

• The Organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons
• Participant shall be required to carry
  1. Valid ID proof on the Event Day. Participant may carry either of the following: Passport copy, Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licesnse nothing else will be considered

• Each Participant shall choose the city and date carefully and be permitted to participate in only one venue. Participant may note that the confirmed registrations by the applicants are non-transferable
• Participants are requested to share and enter full and accurate:
  1. Information required including date of birth details;
  2. Contact details i.e., address, phone numbers and email address, so that we can communicate important information regarding the Event and for any evaluation purposes required by the Organizer
• The Participant/applicant shall be fully responsible for his information and neither the Organizer, its director, representative, agents, employees nor any Event sponsors, partners, officials, committees and/or any individual and entity related to Event (“Organizer Partners”) shall be responsible for information provided or any disputes arising from any incorrect or incomplete entry details
• The decisions made by the selection committee regarding participant eligibility, selection, and any other matters related to the event will be final and binding. Participants agree to accept and abide by the decisions of the selection committee without any right of appeal
• Participants are responsible for bearing their own costs related to traveling, accommodation, and any other expenses incurred during their participation in the selections. The organizers will not provide financial assistance or reimbursement for these expenses
• Failure to appear at the specified time and venue will result in immediate disqualification, and no retake will be allowed under any circumstance
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner throughout the event. Any form of disrespectful behavior towards organizers, fellow participants, or officials will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification. The decision of the organizers in such matters will be final

• The Organizer will be sending regular updates of the Event on the registered contact details, which should not be treated as spam and the Participant shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider as it is in your best interest to receive these updates. Participant/applicant are requested to regularly check their registered phone numbers, email ids, to be updated on regular communications on the Event
• The Organizer will consider all information to have reached the Participant once sent out from the Organizer's end to the Participant's registered contact details
• Participant fully understands all the responsibilities and risks associated with participating in this Event including, but not limited to, physical injuries, contact with other Participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with the public event and will be participating entirely at his risk and responsibility
• Doctors & Physiotherapists will be stationed at the Event venue for incidents such as accidents/injuries/heat strokes or any other medical incident. However, the Organizer will only provide for the first aid & immediate action borne out of the emergency. Post diagnostic treatment the Organizer shall have no responsibility
• Participant confirm that, in the event of any force majeure restriction by authority, adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the Event day, the Organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the Event. Participant further understand that confirmed registrations non-transferable and cannot be modified
• Only registered participants will be allowed entry beyond a specified point. The organizers reserve the right to restrict the entry of legal guardians, relatives, or friends to certain areas at their discretion. This measure is implemented for security, logistics, and the smooth conduct of the event

• Participant agree that Event, Organizer and/or Organizer Partners shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, claims, damage arising out of or in relation to damage or theft of the Participants personal belongings, illness, injury, death, accident or any other damage that might occur as a result of the Participant's participation in the Event or otherwise
• Please note, the personal data provided by Participant will be collected, processed and used in perpetuity for:
  1. Facilitating your participation/registration;
  2. Recording and publishing participation confirmation and results;
  3. Televising/filming/recording the Event footage and publishing the same for legitimate purposes, including sale of photographs to participants;
  4. Delivering the applicable published gratification;
  5. Advertising/ promoting present and future endeavors of Organizer and/or brands and products associated with Organizer;
  6. Sending regular Event related updates/information;
  7. Security purposes;
  8. Legal purposes;
  9. Health safety purposes,
  10. Promotional purposes,
  11. Accounting purposes;
  12. Compliance with applicable law;
  13. The organization, promotion and administration of the Event and for the compilation of statistical information;
  14. Logistic and operational purposes; and shall be governed by the data and privacy policy of MRF Pace Foundation

• The Participant understand, agree and irrevocably permits:
  1. The Organizer to share the information given by Participant, with all/any Organizer Partners, entities associated with the Event, at its own discretion;
  2. The Organizer and/or Organizer Partners to take, record, film and use Participant photograph/ video which may be photographed/ recorded on Event day and/or during various functions of the Event, for the purpose of promoting Event, Organizer or Organizer Partners, at its own discretion;
  3. Collect, process, and use my personal data for the purposes as informed to the Participant;
  4. To be contacted by the Organizer Partners for marketing and promotion of offers and further, grant Organizer and/or Organizer Partner explicit permission to send communications on the contact details provided by the Participant

The Participant agrees to the following disclaimer and to the Terms for the Event:
I declare that I will abide by the terms and conditions of the Event. I declare that I will not participate in the Event unless I am medically fit on the day of the trials and that, in any event, I will participate in the Event at my own risk and responsibility. I acknowledge that the decisions for all matters relating to the Event will be taken by the Organizer and shall be final and binding in all respects. I accept that the Organizers and Organizer Partner will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my participation of the Event. I also hereby give my permission to Event, to use my name, quotes, video and photographic likeness for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity.
